The Dodgeslayer is the main antagonist on The Mystery of the Three Legends.
Background[]
There is not much known about the Dodgeslayer, other than he is the leader of the secret Legendary project of Team Rocket. He managed to capture the legendary Pokemon Lugia and will use its brute force for unknown contentions.
However, what is known about him is that Silver overheard one of his conversations and knows that the evil Legendary operation is going after the three legendary dogs. The information is not so secretive anymore...
In Chapter One, Dodgeslayer is only mentioned by Silver during the reminiscent of the conversation. Not much else is known about him at this point in time as his connection with Gold remains unknown.
